Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at support@petanthia.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

Customized & Personalized Products:

  • Non-Returnable: Due to their unique nature, customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged for "change of mind," incorrect information provided by the customer, or personal preference.

  • Exceptions: We will only accept returns or provide replacements for customized products if they are defective, damaged during transit, or contain an error made by us.

No Exchanges: Currently, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Hygiene & Condition: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once used. Items must be in unused, clean, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging included.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-Related Returns: For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Seller-Related Issues: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: For customer-related returns, original shipping fees and any non-refundable transaction fees from payment processors may be deducted from the final refund.

  • For seller-related issues, a full refund (including original shipping) will be issued.

Return Address: After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return address. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address or the registered office address.
