1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Standard Products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Customized & Handmade Products: Due to the personalized nature of these items (such as engraved urns or custom memorials), please allow 5 business days for production and quality inspection.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Address & Delivery Disclaimer

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

  • Refused Packages: For refused or undeliverable packages (non-seller error), the original shipping fee (£8.00) and any return shipping costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund.
