Petanthia provides senior pet care products, memorial keepsakes, and selected personalised products.

Products in our Senior Living range are designed for everyday comfort, support, and assistance. They are not veterinary medical devices and should not be interpreted as providing medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or cure. Please consult a qualified veterinarian if your pet has pain, injury, illness, mobility decline, or any health concern.

Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, address issue, payment issue, or other reasonable concern.

If we need to cancel an order after payment because of a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, address issue, payment issue, or another reasonable concern, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 days of cancellation.
